Terms of Service

You own your flag configuration data. When you export or delete your account, we delete everything.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FlagDrop ("the Service"), operated by FlagDrop, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Service description
FlagDrop is a feature flag management platform. We provide a control plane (dashboard, API, MCP server) that generates feature flag configuration files and pushes them to cloud storage buckets you own and control. Flag evaluations happen entirely within your infrastructure using our open-source SDKs.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and cloud storage credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@flagdrop.io if you believe your account has been compromised.
Billing and payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Pricing is per-project and does not vary based on the number of seats, monthly active users, or flag evaluations.
You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Your data
You retain all ownership rights to your flag configuration data, targeting rules, and project structure. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
You may export your flag configuration data at any time through the dashboard or API. When you delete your account, we permanently delete all associated data within 30 days.
Limitations of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlagDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard settings. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the dashboard at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
